Terms and conditions
These terms cover this website and the customer portal behind it. They are written to be read. Nothing here replaces the written proposal you accept for your own project: where the two differ, the proposal governs the work and its price.
Who we are
This site belongs to the company named at the foot of this page, at the address given there. That is the company you are contracting with. The software the site runs on is licensed from Core Technology LLC and is not part of what is sold to you.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the form starts a conversation and nothing more. Prices shown anywhere on this site are indications, not offers. A contract exists only when you have accepted a written proposal naming the scope, the material and the price, and we have confirmed it.
Natural stone
Stone is a natural material. Colour, veining and pattern vary between slabs and within one slab, and no sample or photograph on this site can be an exact match for what is quarried. We show you the actual slab before it is cut wherever that is possible.
What you send us
Photographs, drawings and words you send remain yours. You give us permission to use them to answer you and to carry out your project, and nothing else. We do not publish anything of yours without asking you first, and you can have everything deleted at any time from your portal.
What is ours
The photographs of our own work, the words on this site and the company's marks belong to Endel Company. The design of this website, its software and everything that makes it work are the intellectual property of Core Technology LLC. Neither may be copied, resold or used to build something else.
The site itself
We keep this site running and correct, but we do not promise it is never unavailable. Use it honestly: do not try to reach another person's project, do not send anything unlawful or harmful, and do not use it to send bulk messages. An account used that way is closed.
Law, and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and disputes belong to the courts of Astana. When we change them the date below changes with them; a change never applies backwards to a project already agreed.
Written in plain words by the people who built this. It describes exactly what the application does. Before you rely on it in a dispute, have a lawyer in Kazakhstan read it.
