Written plainly, because it is short. We keep very little, we keep it for one reason, and you can have it all deleted whenever you like.
What we keep
What you typed into the form: your first name, a family name if you gave one, a telephone number, an email address if you gave one, how and when you would rather be contacted, and what you wrote or recorded about your project, with the files you attached. After that, whatever is written between us about the work, and the record of the work itself.
What we do not keep
We do not put advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell or share anything about you with anybody. Visits are counted on our own server — the day, the page, the language, and which site sent you here — and nothing about the person is kept: no address, no cookie, nothing that could identify anybody. Your password is never stored, only an irreversible check of it.
Why we keep it, and for how long
For one reason: to answer you and to do the work. We keep an unfinished enquiry too, in case you started and could not finish, so that you do not have to begin again. Records of completed work are kept as long as the law on accounts and tax requires.
Who else sees it
The people who work here, as far as their job needs. Two companies hold it on our behalf: the servers and the database are with Railway in the United States, and the weather shown in our own workspace comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. Neither is given anything about you. We give nothing to anybody else unless the law obliges us.
What you can ask for
To see everything we hold about you, to have a mistake corrected, and to have it all deleted. Deletion is a button in your own portal: it removes your account, what you wrote and every file you sent, and leaves behind only a dated note that a deletion happened, with nothing in it that says who you were. Or write to us and we will do it.
Getting in touch about this
Write or call on the details at the foot of this page, and say it is about your data. We answer within a few working days.
Written in plain words by the people who built this. It describes exactly what the application does. Before you rely on it in a dispute, have a lawyer in Kazakhstan read it.
