How it works
From the first message to the last stone set. This is what happens, in order, and what is expected of each side.
1. You tell us what you want
Use the form on this site. Write it, or hold the microphone and say it. Attach photographs of the room, a drawing, a plan, or a picture of something you liked somewhere else — up to ten files, twenty-five megabytes each. A photograph of the space is worth a page of description. Your first name and a telephone number are all we need; an email address is your choice.
2. We come back to you
Within a few working days. Usually a short conversation first, because most questions are settled faster by voice than by writing. You choose on the form how and when you would rather be reached, and we keep to it.
3. Measuring, and a price
We measure the space ourselves, choose the stone with you, and write a proposal: the scope of the work, the material, and one inclusive price. Nothing is ordered and nothing is cut until you have accepted it.
4. Your own portal
When you send the form you can choose a password, and from then on you sign in with the number or address you gave us. Inside you see the proposal, the design, the price, every photograph of the work as it goes, what has been paid and what has not, and every message between us. Nothing about your project is anywhere you cannot see it.
5. The work, and after it
Fabrication, delivery, installation and finishing. You are told when each begins. When it is done we photograph it, and we ask before any photograph of your project appears on this website. If you would rather it did not, it does not.
Written in plain words by the people who built this. It describes exactly what the application does. Before you rely on it in a dispute, have a lawyer in Kazakhstan read it.
